I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CROCKPOT!! I purchased it for traveling(Vanlifer), as I can plug it into a 12v converter & heat food while I drive! I found another one with everything BUT the screw on top & am looking for replacement parts!! Then I will have 2 that I can use!! Best Buy for MY $$$!!

Great with the exception of the cord

I bought this when our kitchen at work closed down due to Covid. I used this at my desk and other then my forgetting to plug it in when i first got to work, it has been my go to for a hot lunch. I do not transport food in it. I keep it at work and bring food in a separate dish. However, my big complaint is that the cord is just short to sit in the bottom slot and needs to be wrapped tight in order fit. after only a year of using it 1-2 time a week the cord is now frayed and showing copper wires as well as the heating element is now taking longer and longer to heat up. I wish it had a better cord keeper or a removable plug for easier storage.

Great size for lunch

I have had my crockpot for about a year. I love how convenient it is. I leave the outer piece at work and just bring the inside home to clean. My only concern is now the inner lid is not fitting correctly. As long as I don't have something with a little more liquid, it should be fine. Takes between 45-60 minutes to fully warm to my liking.

I love this product!!! It is perfect for lunch at school. I plug it in when I get there and its ready whenever I get a chance to eat. The first time I used it is was perfect but since then the inside bowl’s lid will not stay sealed. I can no longer transport my food in the liner. I have to transport it in a separate bowl and pour it in the metal bowl once I get to school. It still works but I would love to be able to not get two bowls dirty each day. Otherwise I think this is FABULOUS product!

Convenient, with a giant exception

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a gift and as others have commented, the lid to the insert is absolutely NOT leakproof. I keep my warmer in my office and just bring the liner / lid back and forth to work, and I have to rubber-band the lid on, then place the container in a plastic baggie to ensure there's no disastrous leak. Aside from this ridiculous design flaw, I do like the convenience of being able to heat (and even cook pasta and quinoa) throughout the morning so lunch is hot and ready as soon as I can take a break.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter purchased a Crockpot lunch food warmer for me a couple years ago - and I absolutely love it! I use it every work day - soup/chowders - steak - casseroles - etc. I plug it in when I arrive and it provides a hot meal every time! Its such a good idea - great size and so convenient for leftovers!

I got this as a Christmas gift, and I can't believe how long I've gone without it! I am a teacher and am not allowed to have a microwave in my room. I only have 30 minutes for lunch, so having to walk to the office to stand in line to microwave food, walk back to class and eat, gave me little time to just relax for a few moments. This warmer has changed all that. I bring the insert home each night, fill it with whatever for the next day, and put it in the warmer each morning when I come to class. It's perfect...except...
Even though the lid is supposed to be dishwasher safe, it has warped to the point that it doesn't make a seal any more. I can still use it, but I have to be very careful bringing it to work, or there will be a spilled mess. I've looked and cannot find a replacement lid. Otherwise, I highly recommend.
