I bought this not knowing if I would really like it or not. Second time using it since it came. Wonderful. Now I can set it up to heat while I do yard work, garden, whatever and when I come in all tired and hungry - the food is ready to eat. It does heat more evenly if it is stirred now and them, but stirring it before eating, works too. Yum

lid became loose after one use

When it came in box, the lid sealed well and took me some time to get off. But after one use, it became loose and doesn't seal at all. I found other customers are complaining it, so it is a common issue. I hope Crock pot can fix it. Other than this problem, this warmer works great as expected. I would give 5 star if it doesn't have the lid problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lunch game changer! I ordered this lunch crock a couple of weeks ago- It holds 20 oz. I put my soup in it when I arrive each morning. At lunch, it is HOT and ready to eat. No waiting for a microwave-No waiting for it to heat. When you have a 30 minute lunch- of which 5 or MORE minutes are spent getting kindergarteners through the line and to the table... Every minute counts!! ❤️
