Food was lukewarm after i plugged it for 3 hours and seems like food is not reheated through. Very disappointed.

After using it once, the plastic lid no longer closes properly- meaning I cannot put food in the inner container to transport my meal back and forth because the food would all spill out.

I am very happy with the Lunch Crock. I can not get away for lunch. It is nice to have a hot healthy lunch when every I have a spare minute. I have to park a few blocks away from my office. It is also very light and easy to carry.

I was hoping for a little more from this product since it has the Crock Pot brand name. It only warms food. You have to be sure to plug it in two hours before you need it. You can heat food in a microwave in a matter of minutes.
