I bought several for gifts in my office and we all love the concept of hearing lunch while we work. Personally, I think it runs a little too hot. Soup heats in about 30 minutes so the first time I used it, I actually had to unplug it and then re-heat closer to lunch time. The cord is cumbersome to keep out of the way while eating. The pot is hot so it's not like I can wrap the cord back up before I eat. A removeable or retractable would make it much easier. I regret not getting the model with the on/off switch because crawling under the desk to unplug is a nuisance so I purchased an extension cord. Just saying...think about your routine and work environment. On the surface it is a great concept, in reality not so much.

Thank you for providing your feedback as it is greatly appreciated. We are always looking to improve our products and will forward your comments to our product team.
I purchased nine of these for family, teachers, my husband, and myself. Me and my husband take left overs to our offices, we just pop the stainless steel containers in the warmers, and plug them in. I eat at 11 and he eats around 1pm. The food is always hot but not dried out one bit. This does not cook your food but keeps it hot and ready to go. We love our little crock pot warmers. He’s received many compliments from coworkers, and he may have sold a few. Thank you for making such a wonderful little food warmer that keeps us out of the microwave and having rubbery tasting food.
