I bought this to send food to a patient in the hospital that was hungry between meals. Put soup in the morning and she ate it whenever she was hungry.

I am using it for the first time as I write this!! So easy to use. I put my cold food in the easy to remove inner sleeve at night. The next morning I put the insert into the actual crockpot and put the lid on. Plug it in as soon as I got to work. The hot soup on a cold winter day is perfect. So glad I purchased this!!!!

I like the idea of this product but I have a couple of complaints about it. I do not like that when I am ready to eat my food, it is too hot to eat. I had to turn it off and let it cool off before I could eat my food. That was frustrating because I only get a 25 minute lunch break at work. Secondly, the cord is not nearly long enough. I work at a school and a cord that would reach from my desk to the wall would have been very helpful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought one for myself and one for each of my 2 daughters. Thought this would be a great lunch food warmer. Leaks while warming. Now the lid both of them don’t hold a seal. Wasted money. For real

This has worked out great for my husbands lunches.
I just put leftovers in the liner, my husband plugs it in when he gets to work and at lunchtime he has a good, healthy, hot lunch.
The only thing I would change would be if I could purchase an extra liner. Having a few of those ready to go for the week would be wonderful.
