I bought this for myself and find that I struggle with getting the chord to stay wrapped and in place. There is a specific way you have to wrap and connect the plug on the bottom and it will not stay connected. Very frustrating because while you’re carrying it, you may end up dragging the chord along.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this for myself and love it!. I fill the insert the night before and plop it it into the base at work. Hot lunch - no waiting in line for the microwave and it’s evenly warm. Great Product!!

Happy happy joy joy and I already sent my husband to work with his first hot meal and without doing the line for the microwave.....he was the envy in his work. Thanks to crock pot and my son's gastroenterologist that recommend me the product!!!

I purchased three of these. One for myself, my husband and one for a gift. I felt like a spokesman for the product today. Everyone that saw it asked about it and I love it. It heated up perfectly. The only downside was that I would prefer the cord to be longer. My husband used his today and also loved it.
