I bought 3 of these ..... 2 were presents and 1 for me! This was ideal for my daughter, who does not have a cafeteria or anything where she works! Now she gets a hot lunch on these cold winter days. The other was for my son-in-law, who is a prison guard and often gets called out in the middle of lunch .... now he comes back to a "still warm" meal!

There is no microwave or any way to heat up lunch where I work. Finally I can have some hot soup for lunch and other leftovers. I had mac and cheese for my first hot lunch. It was yummy and perfect temperature

I got a good deal so I bought 3 of these. They keep the moisture in so your food comes out nice and tender and hot. Won't dry it out. I have put chicken and salmon in it and it's great. I don't know that I would recommend putting anything raw in it but I've never used it over 4 or 5 hours either.
