Have used these for years and get them as gifts. Honestly don’t know why they are not sold everywhere. Only complaint is the lid insert for travel loses its grip over time. I wish there were a better lid for travel. I leave my lunch crock at work and just bring the container back and forth.

Love everything about this little food warmer but the lid inside - used it twice and now the grey inner lid is loose need to sell replacement lids only and or have a better seal on them.

it's a Food Warmer, not a Crock-Pot, it takes around 3 hours for the food to be hot.
I plug it in the morning when I get to work and the food is hot at noon for lunch, so it is useful but not what I thought it will be.
