Nearly perfect fix for an Apple blunder...

The hub works exactly as described. The ports it provides eliminates the asinine failure of Apple to provide anything other than usb-c ports on the new MacBook machines (I have a 2020 MacBook Pro). The only complaint I have is that the magnetic stabilizer attachment prohibits the ability to close the computer. The adapter can be removed however, this leaves a gap of about an eighth of an inch between the hub and the computer. All in all, it is a great device for the price and I would purchase another in the future if the need arose. Hope that helps.

Attachment can be a better fit (or round the corners so I won't worry about scratching)
Functionality is great tho!

I ordered two HyperDrive DUO 7-in-2 .. they are ill fitting and can't be connected when the lid is closed. Not impressed at all, will not be using again.

Nice quality but concerns

I'm sure it works great and the fit is finish is great. However, I have issues with the magnetic grip piece. It does stabilize the hub on the side of the lap top but it will not allow the lid to close. and If the lid was accidentally close, it could do damage to the screen. for that, I'm returning it. You can use the hub without the grip but then there is a gap between the hub and the laptop. On a 13inch MacBook Pro, the grip also covers part of the speaker grill.
