Works as expected

I just got a new MacBook Pro 16" and I wanted to make sure I had the right ports, moving from a MacBook Pro 15" late 2014. It's small (which is good) and works as expected. I'd buy another one if I needed it.

This is a must have right here! I do music production and it’s perfect! Because I can plug everything up and there is no lack of power or speed. I recommend this to anyone.

Sleek Design & High Functionality

Hyper has picked up where Apple has missed functionality by designing a smart hub for everyday use of Apple's sleek machines. I would recommend this as an essential item to every Macbook Pro owner.

You can't close the screen on your MacBook Pro with the hub plugged in

Total design flaw! the hub works though but it will be a pain in the but because you have to unplug it to close the monitor which means it's less portable, less convenient to use

sleek design and great functionality

I’m impressed with the product that I got for my MacBook Pro 15” 2017. It matches the space gray as it was an extension of my MacBook Pro.
Only reason I rated 4 star is because despite the magnetic attachment, it does not make the connection any more secure. Maybe it works better for the latest version of the MacBook Pro?
Otherwise, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for the nice looking and great performing usb hub.

Lackluster and Disappointing

The "magnetic" brace isn't really magnetic, and when you use it, you cannot close the top of your laptop. If you don't use it, the hub does not sit flush against the side of your laptop and is unstable. I have emailed support three times to seek their advice and thoughts on the above problems and they never responded. I then emailed them for a RMA and they never responded.
