Not great for dual monitors

Only one thunderbolt so connecting two monitors via USB-C won’t work. Also, doesn’t plug all the way in and comes out of the laptop frequently when changing cables
The magnetic clip (why is it magnetic?) is a nonsense, because it prevents the MacBook Pro to be closed, without removing the HyperDrive. And without the clip, the HyperDrive sticks out, putting danger of mechanical load on the electric connectors. What is it good for?
It’s The Best USB-C Hub Ever,There Absolutely No Problems At All,I Would Highly Recommend This To Anyone Who’s Looking To Get One. I Mainly Needed It For The HDMI & Micro Sd Card And It Worked Perfectly Fine.
Was Very excited to purchase this product. Opened the box and loved the design. It matched the color of my new 2020 MacBook Pro! I plugged it in and connected my hard drive and my Apple Super Drive and was ready to download movies onto Plex. Then it all burst into flames like the Hindenburg. Super Drive by Apple isn’t supported. Very unfortunate.
It is the most expensive not working hub. I connected to the MacBook (MBpro, 2019, brand new) and trend to connect a USB type c monitor. No power, no image. Removing the hub and using one of the original ports, it works. Usb speed is well below usb 3.0 speeds. It's a well overpriced item for something it cannot do. Had to pay taxes on it, so the price went considerably higher. Total rip off !
It was a little quirky at first - it wouldn't work on the left side ports of my MacBook Pro (2019) until it was first plugged in to the right side, but then it worked really well for about a month. But since then it's become extremely unreliable and frustrating (and is no longer returnable!). Would not recommend until the reliability issues are ironed out.
