Super entertaining and fun to build plus well made

The directions were easy to follow, which made the completed project self satisfying and was able to be completed without any extra help. There are super cool special effects and the snakehead itself is amazingly well constructed. In addition to the build being of substantial size, there is great after build play value and more than the average number of figures included for continued play with imagination and recreating scenes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Masters of the Universe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Masters of the Universe set is so cool! My child loved putting it together and is now spending so much time playing with it. The booklet of directions had clear directions in order to put it back together. Another thing I love is the way that one of the sides folds up and down. It looks awesome when it’s up because the snake’s body continues around the back. The characters that came with are easy to take on and off which is nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A Must-Have for MOTU Fans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just finished building the MATTEL BRICK SHOP PROJECT FIRST ONES - REPTILE set, and I am absolutely blown away! As a lifelong Masters of the Universe fan, I had high hopes, but this set exceeded every expectation.
First off, the sheer presence of Snake Mountain is incredible. At 636 pieces, it is a substantial build that offers a perfect balance of challenge and fun (ideal for ages 13+). The modular design is genius—being able to access Skeletor's throne room and rearrange the lair adds so much playability and display value. It’s not just a static model; it feels like a living movie set.
The inclusion of 12 NanoWorld figures is the cherry on top. Having He-Man, Skeletor, and a full army of characters right out of the box is fantastic. I love that the figures have swappable poses, allowing me to recreate classic battles or set up dynamic mid-air clashes using the extra posing pieces.
Speaking of action, the special effects parts (the lava and light burst pieces) are stunning. They add that epic, cinematic energy right out of the film and make the display shelf pop. The attention to authentic movie details is top-tier; you can tell Mattel really put love into capturing the gritty, magical feel of Eternia.
Another huge plus is the compatibility. It’s great knowing that these bricks mix seamlessly with other building brands. If you already own other Mattel Brick Shop sets, this fits right in. If you don’t, this is the perfect gateway to start collecting them all!
Whether you are a hardcore collector or just looking for an epic building project, the First Ones - Reptile set is a home run. It captures the eternal clash of good and evil perfectly. Highly recommended!
Do yourself a favor and add this to your cart before Skeletor gets his hands on it!

Fun for hours to build even more fun to play

The best part is that it comes with multiple figures to play with after you complete the brick set. 634 pieces took my kiddo a couple hours to put together but instructions were very clear in that not only did it indicate which pieces were needed for a particular step it also highlighted on the build where the net new pieces should go. I think this helps prevent frustration later on by helping the builder avoid missing a piece or putting it in an incorrect place.

Impressive Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is great for kiddos who enjoy building toys. My 16 yr old was actually excited about this set and loved recreating scenes from the movie. The little action figures are small, but they are still a decent size for playing with and rearranging the scenes. The details are honestly pretty incredible considering how small everything is. It’s great for both playtime or displaying.
The instructions were not too difficult to follow either, and my 7 yr old was even able to help her big brother put it together. The quality is great, and this is definitely an item worth considering for fans of the movie.

Awesome snake head and cool characters

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is really fun and my 11 year old really enjoyed putting it together. “Just don’t drop it” he warns. The characters can be mixed up together, top half’s fit other bottom half’s. The snake head is really cool.
