Functional with Samsung features but not finished.

Major Cons:
1. Touchpad touches will randomly disappear from you, now you have to play with it or hard press on touchpad for a response.
2. Screen would go blank after time out but won't respond to you attempts to turn back on.
3. Light detection has no affect on screen brightness.

Pros:
1. High qualilty screen with some antireflective properties.
2. Decent speakers
3. Nice looking design of hardware.
Cons:
1. Somethings are clearly not finished with Samsung and it's software, such as Smart Things.
2. AI functionality works ok but clearly needs more work and polish.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. If your Samsung PC's touchpad is not working, it may simply be locked or disabled. There is an easy way to unlock it and get the touchpad working again. If that doesn't do the trick, resetting the driver or installing updates could help. If all else fails, try a factory reset. There are many reasons the screen on your PC could go blank or black, but it's quick to run through all the possible reasons and either rule them out or resolve your issues. Sleek, Lightweight, and Too Legit to Quit

The best thing about it is it's ability to connect with my other Samsung products WIRELESSLY so that I can use them as extended screens. This includes my Samsung tablet s10+ and my Samsung TV! I don't really have anything negative to say about this laptop!
