Cracked Screen. Buyer beware

It's a great laptop. But the other day I was looking to see about upgrading for a newer model. Then I started to read the reviews on this one. People were saying that the screen cracked on their laptop. I looked at the screen on my laptop and it looked perfect. But this morning I opened the laptop up to turn it on, I had it turned to the left and noticed a line going all the way up on the screen. The screen is cracked. Now I'm wondering how long has it been cracked, since when it on I can't see the crack on the screen. You only see it on the black screen before you turn it on and the laptop had to be on an angle to see it. So I guess that Samsung has a Crack gate when it comes to there laptop. I bought my son a laptop also. So I'll have to check to see if he's is cracked also. He's is the Galaxy book 4 ultra. I guess that I'll be staying with this one and not get a new one, since they probably won't give me anything for a Cracked screen. So if you plan on buying one, always have your laptop turned to the right or left when you turn it on, that way you can see if the screen is cracked.
