I was pleased with Edith’s quick reply and she totally resolved my issue. Sometimes it’s hard to reach a human to resolve issues with a company.Thumbs up to Puroair for having Edith to respond to emails. She did an excellent job!

JUST GOT MY PUROAIR 240 ON 7-21-2026. I DID A REVIEW ON THE BEST ONE ON THE MARKET AND THIS ONE CAME UP. SO FAR I AM VERY SATISFIED
