DO NOT BUY THESE EAR BUDS! I bought this last month and I'm already having problems with the charging. Never charges when you put them away. Always connects when I'm not using it. And the worst part is for some reason the earbuds likes to pick up high frequency noises and it screeches in my ear. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH 100. DO NOT BUY

We're here to help with your JBL Tune Flex. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. In order for the headphones to give you the best audio response, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. It is best to try this with all of the provided ear tip sizes, until you find the one that accomplishes this most easily. Once you've done this a few times, it becomes very easy to do every time you put them in your ear. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
The worst piece of plastic junk I have purchased to date. They do not charge in the case MOST of the time. They drain their own battery in constant feedback from within the case. Thats only if they arent already drained due to constantly looking for a bluetooth signal because the are of to low of quality to make contact in the charge case. Even when charged they have to be jostled with for 5 minutes to turn on because they dont recognize they have been removed from their case. This has been from day one and will be my last JBL product.

We're here to help with your JBL Tune Flex. To avoid getting drained when inside the case, make sure to close the lid so the earbuds will stop connecting and start to charge. Also, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. We recommend cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. Please contact our customer support if the issue remains after following the cleaning instructions on this link: https://bit.ly/4bFdESo
I have small ear canals and every earbud I have tried hurt my ears. I decided to give these a try and they fit my ears great. They are comfortable to wear all day and they sound great. They also stay in with no problem. Thanks JBL for making ear buds for people with small ears.
These are exactly the kinds of earbuds I've been looking for -- comfortable fit and doesn't move around when I laugh, smile, or run (an issue with other earbuds I've tried). After wearing them a little while, I swapped the silicon for the small size, which is perfect for my ears. The app is handy, too, for custom sound profiles.
Owned two sets of these now and both have stopped charging randomly sometime both won’t charge sometimes one won’t charge. Nothing better than getting to the gym to find out your headphones are dead. Don’t waste your money buy AirPods or even skull candies over this trash

Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune Flex. You may try cleaning the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in a rubbing alcohol, as foreign matter on the metal charging contacts may affect the charging process of it. If these steps didn't work, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gotta say, I own several headphones from different major companies and these are more expensive than the Tune Flex but somehow I found myself using The Tune Flex more often than the others, you'll see why.
The sound coming from the Tune Flex is amazin, it goes higher than other brands, crispier, the bass is there, I mean, it's really there, you can feel it like you are wearing those big headphones over the ear, which is rare for this type of product when considering that most of these headphones don't use that feature due the small size but somehow the JBL Tune Flex manages to bring it here and it's great, really great, hearing music with this headphones is a pleasure to your hears.
Another feature that really impress me is the Noice Cancelation and the ANC, they work really well for a headphone that is already cheap, much better than other expensive headphones I own.
The battery running time is more than amazing, I've been spending hours listening music while studying, receiving phone calls and I haven't seen the battery levels going below 80%, this is remarkable.
Another great thing is the app, it's so user friendly, easy to navegate and with a lot of options, it's really a pleasure to be able to select different hearing styles so easily on the equalizer, the music hits different with each one and this is something you don't see in other apps. Regarding the app, I have only one complain and it is within the equlizer itself, there are arrows pointing left and right that allows you to select the style of equlizer you want to use, that's fine but the problem comes when you reach the last selection, there is nothing that tells you that you have reached the end, at least one of the arrows should desapear or a pop up telling you "you cannot proceed further" for example.
Regarding the case, it's very small, smaller than the other headphones I own and that's a very good thing, I can my JBL every I go, I can barely feel then in my pants, although I have a couple of small complains, one is the headphones are kinda difficult to get them out of the case and the second is related to that, most of the time you press a button on the headphones when taking them out of the case which make them change their default setting or last saved configuration.
In overall, the JBL Tune Flex makes wonder considering the price, they do a much better performance than more expensive brands. I look foward to see more JBL products on the future since it shows they really care to bring an optimal customer experience.
