Wow, these are embarrassingly...they really make me reconsider ever buying jbl products again as I thought jbl was high quality but I guess not...definitely going with the Google buds next time even if they cost a it more...these jbl paperweights don't stay in my ears and have some of the most confusing pairing algorithms I have ever seen...I'm lucky if I can get 5 minutes of sound from them before they 'hop' pairing to one of my other devices that is in sleep mode, I guess...?
Good luck to you if you buy these, they are not a 21st century product.

Thank you for letting us know about your concern. Our JBL Tune Flex are designed to automatically connect to the last device they were used with, or another device they’ve been paired with in the past. If your earbuds seem to be connecting to other device while using it, we advise temporarily turn off the Bluetooth on your other nearby devices or phones. With regards to staying it in your ears, you can create a tight seal by inserting the eartip at a slight downward angle, gently twisting the earbud to match the shape of your ear, and continuing to twist until it feels secure. Try this with each of the included eartip sizes to find the best fit. After a few attempts, the process becomes quick and easy each time you put them on.
We also noticed that our customer support sent you an email regarding the option of providing a replacement for the earbuds. Please check if you receive it and you may reply to them for further assistance. We appreciate your understanding.
sound quality is ok, but usually when I put the phones in the case for charging only one of them will charge. when I need to use them, only one earphone is charged. that just makes this a terribly unreliable product, very low value for money. bought other headphones for 1/4 of the price that work much, much better. wouldn't recommend.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Here are some steps that may fix the charging issue. Initiate a power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is unplugged from a power source. Use a different charging cable and power adapter, and, while it's extremely uncommon, try a different wall outlet to be certain the issue is not with the outlet. Also, sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support.
I love these earbuds! The JBL Tune Flex is reasonably priced and performs better than more expensive brands I've tried. The ANC is the best part—it keeps things quiet even when my cousin and grandma are at it again. 10/10 for sound and sanity!
Good for the price. I like the ease of use and that you don't need the app to operate these. The rubber tips don't fit my ear very well, however. I think I may need to get third party in between sizes. One ear fits well and the other feels really loose. Because of this, I can't really tell how well the noise cancellation is. Right now I don't hear a difference between noise cancelling and ambient aware. Pairing is super easy to my phone, and battery life is great.
These are the worst design ever. It is really difficult to get them out because there is no where to grab so there needs to be a different design because I get frustrated Everytime trying to take them out...

Thanks for your feedback. We appreciate your input and we'll make sure to forward it to the appropriate team.
I'll probably never use these. They'll just sit in a drawer as a festering disappointment as a waste of time and money. While trying to set these up it twice decided to Facetime someone named Hannah from my contacts, even after going through some work and trying to find where in the App it has a setting to disable voice commands. I just wanted to listen to some music, not for something to spy on every word I say. The initial impression left such a bad experience it will continue to color any time I even look at this product.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help isolate the issue with your JBL Tune Flex. First, forget/unpair the headphones on your device, then manually pair the headphones with your device and see if this resolves your problem. If that doesn't resolve the issue, the next step is a reset. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. If the issue remains, please contact us at (800) 336-4525 Mon-Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (EST) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST)
I got it as a Christmas present, so far I'm satisfied with JBL products, but the noise cancellation of this Tune Flex is terrible, as if it doesn't exist, and the sound quality is much worse than, for example, the JBL 520BT. The sound is very "cheap", it's hard to take it out of the case and it's very sensitive to touches. I don't recommend it at all.
