I lost 1 earbud in the snow when shoveling. Found it 2 months later when the snow melted and it still worked!! I have no issues with sound at all and I am extremely impressed that it still worked after being stuck in snow and water for months. I will be buying more from this brand in the future!
Great sound quality and long battery life. The ear pieces however didn’t fit anyone’s ears. Not in my house, not with any of the people I tried to give them to. They just fall right out. Major design flaw. Not very loud either if listening to music is your primary purpose in buying earbuds. They were great for phone calls though.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You may also try using the different sizes of eartips for our JBL Tune Flex. Regarding the volume issue with your earbuds, please connect them to your other devices to see if the same issue occurs. If it does, please follow these reset steps: take both earbuds out. Make sure that they are not connected to any Bluetooth. Press either the left or right earbud three (3) times then hold it on the third tap for 5 seconds. Once done, put back both earbuds inside the charging case for 10 seconds while the lid is closed, and connect them again to your device. Please contact us directly for further assistance.

Thank you for your feedback. Our JBL Tune Flex has up to 32 hours of battery life. This may vary depending on volume and music content. Please try charging both earbuds to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If it lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. Please contact our Customer Support, so we can assist you.
Do not buy. They are just ripping you off. The headphones are awful, they don’t charge, they don’t work, it doesn’t matter how much you clean them they don’t charge. Huge waste of money.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune Flex, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.
I bought these headphones to replace my last set of earbuds and I can say for certain that I won't buy these again. Complete waste of money. Within a month, one of the headphones won't charge. They don't turn off without the app, so they randomly connect and are using battery when you least expect. If you are traveling, working, or just rely on your headphones, these are a total waste of money.

This can include sweat, grease, dust, etc. You may click on the link below for detailed online instructions on how to clean the contact points of the earbuds. If the issue remains, the pogo pins may be damaged. For further assistance, please contact us.
They constantly disconnect from the charging case, connect to my phone and start playing podcasts / audiobooks / music. I can’t fully express how frustrating this issue is other than to say avoid these pieces of junk and get something quality instead.

Absolute trash. Expensive headphones that began having issues after a month. Only one headphone works three months later. You can leave them charging all night and they will not charge. Complete rip off.

I bought these Who knows when probably a year or so ago and they work well for sound and playing. Not so much the mic I think or it may be mines been worn out idk. The biggest issue I have with them is that the charger doesn't always charge the head phones while it is sitting in the case, which defeats the purpose of putting it to sit I the charger!!
