Best Knife I've owned, certainly not the last Shun I'll own.

I purchased this knife a few months ago from a local store, and It has made me a shun fanatic. It cuts effortlessly, and so smoothly, you can hear it glide through meat. Veggies are chopped with ease. Even fruit is no match. I havent cut myself with it yet, and I dread the day I do.
