Incredible knife. It's very easy to handle and extremely sharp. I have used it for anything from vegetables to cutting fish for sushi and it performs great.

Premier 6" Chef Knife

Decided I should get a killer chef knife for myself and the wife since we have never had one. We're in our early 60's. I studied chef knives for a week watched you tube videos. Called friends of mine that make the greatest professional sharpeners called the Jewel Stick. Been watching Rachael, the Pioneer Woman, Emeril, the Chew, Good eats for years. I priced the knife many places... got a great deal. Still a lot of money for me. Well let me tell you, this knife is dangerous, wicked and wonderful. What a joyful experience it was to cut, Melon's and Water melon. The knife did all the work, I just stood there and watched as the knife glided through it all. I am sure I picked one of the greatest knife's out there. I even studied Ken Onion. 5 Stars for sure. Buy one. Simply Amazing

Can i see the Master?

I am very happy to own this knife, i was searching for master who made this one beautiful masterpiece. is't possible to see the master, at least picture?

So light you barely feel you're holding anything at all, so sharp it cuts through food like water, never mind hot knives and butter. A word to the wise though, respect your edge! This is a precision instrument and if you go hacking at your board like you would with a French or German steel blade, you will ruin it! think scalpel, not ax. The 6 inch size is great for medium sized vegetation, but struggles to keep the tip to the board for larger items (i.e onions). Children and those with smaller hands may appreciate the 6 inch blade size, but it may be uncomfortable for those with larger hands.
