I'm talking about a bread knife right now...the most forgettable blade in your life. Trust me, this knife is like using a fairy sword to cut happiness slices! One of my favorite knives, and I have dozens of knives. It's INCREDIBLY sharp, and for some indescribable reason, the sharp point and offset on this blade makes it superbly accurate. Best bread knife I've ever owned; a total 180 improvement over old design technology. Do yourself a favor, do some wedding registry proper, and buy this blade.
