I love this knife! The offset handle works very well for me. I use this knife for a lot more than fresh crusty bread, which slices without crushing the core all together! Wotks well with proteins too

My absolute favorite style of utility knife . Wustof used to make one just like it but no longer does. I was super excited when I found it. My only mistake was leaving it at work because everyone used it. Kinda dull now. Any suggestions for sharpening it?

I have never sliced through a loaf of bread like I would through warm butter, until now. Extremely easy to handle, razor sharp and of the highest quality. Extraordinarily precise, actually unbelievable. Handle with utmost care, or you will easily lose a finger.
