This knife keeps its edge

This knife keeps its edge perfectly, I like the weight of the handle not to light but not too heavy the length of the knife is perfect, most of the work I do is heavy duty knife work and it keeps it’s edge unlike other knives I have.

I'll have to elevate my knife skills. This is the sharpest knife right out of the package I have ever handled. My father was a butcher, I learned about sharp knives from a pro.
