It lets me make the best dinner that I have ever eaten. I am sure you know what it is like when you make your meal in it. You cannot beat this slow cooker by Crockpot. The are the best cookers to purchase and have been for a very long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the SLOW COOKER SOUS VIDE OM 6QT and I love it! I was surprised that it was lighter than the one that I had. It cleans up easily also. It doesn't dry out meat and all of my vegetables are cooked evenly. My favorite part is the thermometer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This crockpot does the duty of two appliances. It is the crockpot you have loved for years with a twist. The sous vide, combined with the trusty crockpot, simplifies cooking by controlling the temperature, resulting in a moist flavorful meal that you can set and forget. This is not your mother’s old boil in a bag meal. After cooking, give the meat or vegetables a quick sear to lock in the flavors and give the visual appeal of a chef prepared meal. The crockpot is 6 quarts and large enough for a family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew this was going to be big but its size still surprised me. Took me a couple tries to adjust recipes to make it work for only a small party. It's worth it though. The flavors are noticeably better. The meat is very tender and savory and the vegetables pop. Leftovers retain their taste. Definitely great for a large party or big family get together. And worth the effort to make smaller meals.

I recently picked up the Crockpot Slow Cooker with Sous Vide, and I must say, it's a versatile kitchen appliance that brings convenience to cooking. The slow cooker function has exceeded my expectations, producing tender and flavorful dishes with minimal effort. It's become a lifesaver for busy weekdays when I want a home-cooked meal waiting for me when I get back from work.
The sous vide mode is a fantastic addition that takes precision cooking to the next level. It maintains a consistent temperature, ensuring that my meats and vegetables are perfectly cooked every time. I've been experimenting with sous vide recipes, and the results have been consistently outstanding.
However, I have to dock one star for the build quality of the outer casing. It's made of thin, cheap-feeling plastic that makes me worry about its durability. I would have preferred a more robust and durable material for the exterior, given the price point of this appliance. While it doesn't affect its performance, I am concerned that it might get cracked during handling of the device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this crockpot!! The timer countdown feature is so convenient. Once your time is done, it automatically switches to warm, which has saved many meals for me. I have had meals overcook in my old crackpot. The temperature probe helps with ensuring your foods is cooked to the proper temperature. I have not tried the sous vide yet, but plan to do so in the near future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a nice crockpot, I found that it does take longer to cook than my other crockpot. The features are very nice. I am sorry I did not get to try the Sous vide. I didn’t quite understand
the process of it. I am sorry I can not give that a fair review,. Saying that, the crockpot is a beautiful piece, I just find that it doesn’t cook like my other ones I have used.
