[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this slow cooker. It works great. I have made a few meals with it and it is a game changer in how well the dinners have turned out. I will definitely be cooking much more!
It is so easy to operate and program! And the temperature probe is another great addition! There are just 2 of us so the 6 quart one is perfect for us. The Sous vide is a nice addition although the water takes a bit of time to heat up. Also the lid is a little funky- doesn't close tightly but all in all it has made my cooking life much easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the SLOW COOKER SOUS VIDE OM 6QT about a month ago. This crockpot is fantastic. I like it because it has many times and temperatures to cook with. no over- or under-cooking. The Sous Vide function cooks food in air-tight bags in a temp-controlled water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the combination of sous vide and slow cooker, it has really given me flexibility in terms of what i am cooking - prepping steaks or making chili. the temp control has also been really helpful in knowing I am cooking things properly. Flexibility having the time to start a meal and walk away is so nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 2 - 1 - cooker is the greatest! It works like a dream as a slow cooker (Crock Pot) and it's nice to have a clean new one. I especially like the digital feature on it. Now, as far as the sous vide, this is wonderful! I never tried sous vide cooking until I got this and love it!. It's quite easy to do. Easy set up, even easier clean up. Who knew you could cook something like steak in water? Not me! When it comes to temp, you just have to sear it to brown it to get a little crust/color on it or it just doesn't look that appetizing. It really comes out tender as can be.

I also have a family of 5 this crockpot is perfect size. It holds plenty for the occasions when I use it for potlucks plus it. Also is great for just meals at home such as part roast and things like that.

Love multiple uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this since it can be used multiple different ways. My first try was using it as a slow cooker. Love the size of the stoneware pot. Its a little deeper and wider which came in handy for making a bigger meal. The controls are simple and easy to use. Low and slow was the way to go for my recipe. The temperature probe was a great addition! The roast was able to get to the correct temperature which was indicated by a couple beeps, then the pot switched to a keep warm setting. It turned out great! I've never tried to sous vide before, so I tried it with some chicken breasts. Found a recipe online and tried it out. I used the sous vide bags that came with the crockpot. They were a great size. I could fit one big chicken breast in each. I love that they are reusable as well. The directions are pretty simple. Add hot water to the pot, insert probe, set temperature, and start. Once it beeps, its ready to place the pouches. Mine wanted to float, so I grabbed my metal meat tenderizer to help hold them down. Took about 90 mins to get to 150F which made the chicken juicy and tender. The sous vide is a different cooking process, but it is worth it if you don't mind it taking over an hour.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this product! It is a huge crockpot with high volume capacity. The timer is great as well as the keep warm function. It makes sense to combine the crockpot with a sous vide- which can so perfectly cook meats- along with the added benefit of the temperature probe. Sous vide can be intimidating but this makes it much more approachable! Really love this crockpot and the dishwasher safe aspect as well. Highly recommend this staple product!

It's nice looking to keep on the counter and easy to clean. Definitely recommend, especially if you're a soup and stew lover!
