Love the lock

Purchased this lock for the ease of opening with facial recognition. It was installed and programmed easily and works flawlessly. I also really like the rechargeable batteriy rather than the typical AA. It is a bit expensive, but seems worth it.

Great smart lock

I recently installed this lock. Installation was not as straightforward as I would have like, but it was not difficult. Routing the cable can be tricky and getting the lock on Wi-Fi took a few tries. Overall, I am happy with the lock. The setup of the facial recognition and fingerprint was extremely easy. Configuring the features of the lock was good as well. Using the facial or fingerprint features makes this lock worth the price! I would recommend this lock.

An Excellent Door Lock With Great Features

I installed this 3 weeks ago and so far I'm loving it. The facial recognition is excellent and makes getting into the house so easy. The fingerprint ready is also very accurate and quick. A solid, well-built device
The only issue I've had is ut took a little longer trying to register my shorter friends faces
Maybe the door lock thought they were gnomes. Anyway it finally worked

Facial recognition is so cool!

I bought this during Black Friday and I’m so happy now that I’ve installed it! It’s so cool to be able to walk up to my door and have it automatically unlock for me, entirely hands-free. I also love the autolock feature, so I never forget to lock my front door. Finally, setting up guest codes is a fantastic convenience. Lockly support is also very responsive and helpful.

This is the best smart home lock on the market I’ve had the pleasure of using. My only gripe is the integration on the Home App but that’s not that big of a deal. Go get this smart lock, you won’t regret it.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband. At first, the facial recognition seemed unnecessary, but I decided to go for it on the advice of a friend. I’m so glad I did! It’s really convenient to have multiple (very secure) ways to open the door. We installed this on the side door of our house, and it provides so much peace of mind: We can’t get locked out; we can allow friends and family access when needed; and we can even grant neighbors access in case of an emergency. Installation was smooth and the lock worked seamlessly right away. Quality is excellent as well. You won’t regret purchasing this!
