Great Lock with tons of functionality

Have had this lock installed for about a month now. Installation was simple, setup was straightforward. Unfortunately ran into some trouble in the first week which was the connection between the front and back panel (make sure this is secure or some features work, some don't and hard to troubleshoot). After reconnecting the cable and factory resetting, everything has worked great. The facial recognition, fingerprint, HomeKit (phone and watch) all work almost instantaneously to unlock the door. The app is straight forward as well for setting up users and settings. Overall, probably the best smart lock we have used to date.

Easy to install and set up

I bought the Lockly Zeno Visage for the features. This is the perfect lock for no nonsense safety for your home. It was easy to install and set up. I did not even need to communicate with Lockly, although I know they have great support based on previous communications. It works every time and also set up with Google for voice commands.

I bought this lock 2 months ago and I am loving it! I love the facial recognition, fingerprint, NFC and Apple integration. This also works with Alexa and Google. I can unlock the door with both Siri and Alexa (I don't have a Google smart device). Also, I love the fact that you can set the door lock to lock automatically after a certain amount of minutes. I highly recommend this lock, you won't be disappointed.

Lock and supporting items are first class and very well made. The lock is very heavy attesting to the use of quality materials. I was very impressed with the quality and build of it. It works right from the start and looks like it'll last many, many years. I highly recommend their products.

This is the best lock ever. It's easy to install, and Lockly's help assistance is very polite and helpful. What I love the most is unlocking it with my face, my Apple wallet tap card, my iPhone, or my Apple Watch. It’s definitely one of the best features!
