I bought this in a local HomeDepot.
The Lockly Visage smart deadbolt is, without question, one of the most advanced and secure smart locks I’ve ever used. From installation to daily use, it has exceeded expectations across the board.
What truly sets the Lockly Visage apart is its industry-first facial recognition technology. This isn’t just a gimmick — it uses dual infrared sensors to ensure accurate and secure unlocking, even in low-light or no-light conditions. It recognizes authorized users instantly, and I’ve had zero false positives or errors since setting it up.
Complementing this is the 3D biometric fingerprint sensor, which reads your fingerprint in three dimensions for extremely reliable performance. It’s faster and far more accurate than traditional optical scanners found in other smart locks. Access is granted in less than a second — every time.
It has clearly thought through real-world use with multiple ways to unlock:
• Facial recognition (my go-to method — feels like the future)
• Fingerprint scanning
• Apple Home Key compatibility (a game-changer for iPhone and Apple Watch users)
• Remote access via the app, great for letting in guests or service providers when I’m not home
• And, yes, even a physical key as backup — though I’ve never had to use it.

One particularly clever feature is the PIN Genie™ random keypad, which scrambles the number locations every time, preventing code theft via fingerprint smudges or observation. It’s a small detail that adds a big layer of security, and it works flawlessly.
The Lockly Visage integrates beautifully with Apple HomeKit. I can use Apple Home Keys to tap in with my Apple Watch or iPhone, and I get remote lock/unlock control through the app. Notifications are instant and customizable, so I always know who’s coming or going.
The Lockly Visage smart deadbolt is an absolute powerhouse of smart home security. Fast and convenient

Super easy to install and register new faces and fingerprints. Both fingerprint and face scanner unlock the door faster than the time it takes to pull out my keys from my pockets.

Absolutely love the Lockly Visage! The facial recognition is fast and reliable—no more fumbling for keys or phones. Setup took a bit, but once it's dialed in, it works like a charm. Also love the backup options (fingerprint, keypad, app). Pricey, but 100% worth it for the convenience and security.

Love you Lockly

I bought this lock to replace a three year old lockly. The decision to buy this lock is purely face recognition and it works great.The finger printing has improved and th entire family is happy to have this as our home security .
