[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i first got the wireless mouse it was working fine. Now 2 weeks later the rgb does not work when i use it and i have call support many times but all i get is the run around. I got tired of it and just excepted it.

While the first one I was sent after buying was regretfully defective, it is an overall solid product, and I’m happy with the performance. I appreciate the ability to customize the DPI and create different profiles for specific tasks I may do at any given time, as well as the color profile. The battery time is pretty good, lasting usually more than 24 hours between charges. Charging takes (depending on your setup) will vary and may take a lot of time, as for me it usually took 4-7 hours.
