[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mouse fits in the hand nice and was cheap, but unfortunately you get what you pay for. When in Bluetooth I can’t go more than 30 seconds without the device cutting out its connection, stuttering the mouse cursor and shutting off the LEDs momentarily. On wired connection it doesn’t stutter, but the wire is also super stiff it makes movements hard. Only reason for two stars is when it actually works it works well and the LED customization is nice. But overall quite disappointing and only couldn’t return as I threw away the box before I actually used the device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As a troubleshooting step, we recommend:
Ensuring the mouse firmware and system Bluetooth drivers are fully up to date.
Removing and re-pairing the mouse in Bluetooth settings.
Testing the mouse on another device to help isolate the cause.
Checking for wireless interference from nearby Bluetooth or USB devices.
