I bought a set of Bose Ultra Open earbuds recently. Delighted with how quickly they were delivered. They were simple to set up and connect to the iPhone. Sound quality is superb, save for the popping and snapping sounds that occurred frequently enough to be disturbing. The sounds are emitted from both earbuds, usually beginning from the right ear and immediately from the left.

Thanks for your review, Timothy! I'm happy to see that you enjoyed the simple setup, and are enjoying the sound, of your Ultra Open Earbuds.
If you're hearing occasional popping and snapping sounds, this would hint at Bluetooth connection issues. Make sure your product is within 10 metres of your mobile device, and bring this device to the front of the body, to eliminate body-block interference. If the popping sounds persist, our customer support team will provide further assistance. See here: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US
Just love how they fit/feel. So nice to hear the world also. Wish the kids would get these. They never can hear me with the equipment stuck down their ear canals.
For open ear buds I have to say it’s the best money can buy right now. I tried at least 4 other pair of high end open ear buds and they didnt come close to the Bose Ultra Open Ear buds. These are extremely comfortable the sound is great. Some people complain you dont get noise cancelling, well they are open ear buds thats not possible, if you want noise cancelling then get in ear earbuds dont knock open ear buds for not having it. The sound wont be intense on the open ear buds as it is with in ear ear buds but again REMEMBER they are open ear ear buds so set your expectations and use common sense for how they are designed. Decide what you prefer with ear buds then choose the in ear or open ear ear buds based on what your looking for. Personally for me I have both in ear and the open ear ear buds and use them base on my surrounding and how Im using them. But so far I seem to be using the open ear about 85% of the time. They are so much more comfortable and when Im in certain places I want to be able to hear around me which is most of the time. For me the Bose Ultra Open Ear buds hit the mark perfectly for me, yeah they are expensive but for what it gives me the price doesnt bother me. I rather pay $300 for quality open ear buds like the Bose rather than throw away $175 for crapping open ear buds that I have tried.
