I love it and am so glad I made this purchase. The surround sound is just perfect and great for the noise control. It feels a little awkward on my ear though, I'm continuously checking to see if it's fallen off; but it's quite snug

poor design; had to return them

I had to return them because the microphone is covered by the ear - poor design. I tried moving them every possible way to make them work better. Also, they are very easily knocked off your ear. It would be very easy to lose one.

Finally the one pairs better than Bose 21

I love using the old Bose QC21, the lined earphones. I bought several pairs and still keeping one as the spare. Bose Ultra Open finally beats it. The new pairs have superior sound stage and really comfortable to wear. I had so many pairs of headphones, earphones, this one is my favorite. I even wear them on the plane.

Very comfortable and good sound. It doesn’t cause ear pain or discomfort however battery life is not good-4-5 hrs max.

Never thought I would like or even have an interest in open ear earbuds, I was all about noise, cancellation. However, I am so incredibly pleased with my open ultra earbuds that I’m sorry I did not get some sooner. Comfort, clarity, and versatility. And of course, Bose quality that is unmatched.
