Very good sound quality, listening to music lacking volume however. And answering phone calls was an afterthought very weak. Does not have announcement of who’s calling which again for the price it should.

These earphones are a totally new experience. Awesome sound quality and you can hold conversations without having to mute the sound. They are super comfortable to wear.

I currently own 4 earphones, 2 in sear and 2 outside the ear. The latest ones I purchased, Bose Ultra Open Earbuds, are the lightest I have owned - I forget they re even there. The sound is crisp as any Bose products I have ever owned.

This was a great purchase, really like the way they feel,my on only flaw is they don't get tight enough on ear. When I pinch them the sound quality is better.

Good sound, poor connectivity and painful fit.

The sound quality is great but I will say the pairing and connecting is a challenge with this product. I have the noise cancelling headphones and don't ever have problems with them staying paired/connected with my devices. These earbuds don't like to stay connected. Also, and maybe even more importantly, there is no way to adjust the fit of these earbuds so they fit pretty tightly and cause irritation where it cuffs the ear. Definitely can't wear them for more than an hour before they are uncomfortable. Not sure I will keep them.

Overall really good earbuds. They are comfortable, light, and don't fall off while working out. I do wish they would have higher volume. While working out the earbuds don't get loud enough
