Best thing I've bought in a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My coworker bought a pair of these for herself and really liked them. I decided to buy a pair and I don't regret for a minute. They are so comfortable, I forget I'm wearing them. I listen to podcasts at work and normally the battery on my phone needs charging halfway through the day. Not anymore! My phone lasts all day because I can have my volume at a lower level with my new bose ultra open earbuds. The sound quality is fantastic, you can control functions from the earbuds like pause, skip forward/ backwards, answer calls etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I never really purchased these earbuds, I “UPGRADED” when I had a warranty issue with my Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds(which I miss). I’ve had to replace these 3 times and it is looking like it be a fourth time due to battery and Bluetooth connectivity issues. I will say the quality of the sound is pretty good and the open ear concept is meant for what they say they are.

Improved Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What stood out to me right away is how different they feel compared to traditional earbuds. They don’t sit inside your ear canal, which makes them super comfortable—even after wearing them for hours. I barely notice them during calls or while listening to music throughout the day. If you don’t like that “plugged-in” feeling, these are a great change.
The sound quality is solid, especially considering the open design. You’re not going to get the same deep isolation or bass punch as noise-canceling earbuds, but that’s kind of the point. These let you stay aware of your surroundings while still enjoying clear, balanced audio. I found them perfect for walks, working from home, or even casual listening at a café.
Another thing I appreciate is how seamless they are for multitasking. I can take calls, listen to music, and still hear what’s going on around me without constantly taking them out. That’s a big win for everyday use.
If I had to point out a downside, it would be that they’re not ideal for very noisy environments since there’s no real noise isolation. But for what they’re designed to do, they do it really well.
