I bought these ear buds 3 weeks ago and am absolutely thrilled with them EXCEPT for the lack of battery capacity. I can only get about 4-5 hours of use before they need charging. Doing chores around the house these ear buds are amazing as you can hear your music AND hear conversations or whatever is going on around you. If it weren't for the battery life I would give these buds 5 Stars! They are BOSE quality!
I really splurged on these because I listen thru earbuds quite a lot. The quality of the sound is apparent from the moment you hear the first sound. Very comfortable to wear. Would definitely recommend.
I’ve only had my earbuds for a few weeks but I will admit I love using them! I wanted a good set that wouldn’t hurt my ears and because this pair simply wraps around my ears instead of going inside, they are pain free. They were easy to pair with my phone and the sound quality is excellent. I like that I can switch listening modes from sitting, to walking, to outdoors, etc. The only ding I will give them is I am not able to control the volume on them. It worked the first day but everyday after I’ve had to set the volume on my iPhone. I even removed the Bose app from my phone and started all over but that didn’t work. So if I’m outside or doing whatever, I can’t increase or decrease the volume unless I have my phone with me.
I love everything about these open earbuds, except that even with the immersive sound off and playing at 50% volume I’m only getting about 5 hours or less battery life. Not too thrilled about that.
As an avid fan of Bose products, I recently had the opportunity to purchase the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds, and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed.
First and foremost, the sound quality is exceptional. The open-ear design delivers a rich and immersive audio experience while still allowing me to stay aware of my surroundings—a perfect balance for outdoor activities like running or cycling.
One of the standout features for me is the comfort level. The earbuds are incredibly lightweight and sit comfortably on my ears for extended periods. I hardly notice they’re there, which is a huge plus during long workouts or commutes.
The battery life is commendable, providing ample usage time on a single charge. The charging case is sleek and compact, making it easy to carry around wherever I go.
One improvement I would suggest is to enhance the connectivity and stability of the Bluetooth connection. While it’s generally reliable, there were a few instances of minor interruptions during playback.
Overall, the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds offer a fantastic blend of superior sound quality, comfort, and convenience. Whether you’re an audiophile or a fitness enthusiast, these earbuds are definitely worth considering. I’m thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for high-quality wireless earbuds.
The reason I bought these is to try out the open ear concept. I can't stand earbuds, as I've always found them uncomfortable and headphones are too bulky. I can wear these for multiple hours with little to no discomfort. The sound is also very clear and love the immersive stereo.
I bought these a few weeks ago. I have an IPhone they don’t stay connected so I have to keep connecting them. There is some static and the sound is not great. Even after collaborating them and changing the settings on EQ. People have complained about not being able to hear me or that I sounded very low or far away or muffled! Smh They are however comfortable to wear and keep a good charge for all day listening. I have several Bose products and this isn’t any comparison with the sound it provides for music!

Hi there,
It is great that you're enjoying the comfort, fit, and battery life of the earbuds. It is odd that your earbuds keep disconnecting, I'd make sure you're not connecting to the Low-Energy (LE) connection of the earbuds, as per our connection guide here https://bose.life/4aCyq3Y on the website.
There is other troubleshooting you can follow here https://bose.life/3wNRWvt that can help with them disconnecting should it be needed. As for the difficulties you're having on calls, Bose has released firmware update 4.0.22 (or newer) to improve the customer's experience here, so do give the latest firmware a try.
Lastly, feel free to reach out to us on https://bose.life/contact if you need further assistance, as we'd love to help you.
