Great sound, Horrible microphone

Bought these for my wife, and the microphone doesn't pick up sound properly. The voice is constantly echoing and very quiet whenever she speaks.

I'm very sorry to hear the microphone on your wife's Ultra Open Earbuds isn't pick sound up properly. I recommend installing firmware update 4.0.22 (or later), which was released to bring enhancements to your far-end call performance via improved voice pickup.

Earbud comfort like you've never had before!

I bought these earbuds for my wife after researching several YouTube videos. Admittedly, my wife has never been able to find earbuds that fit comfortably -- until now. She loves them! They don't even feel like they're there. Hats off to Bose on the fit and design. I hope to get a pair for myself.

Great for Cycling

Like the fit. Barely know there on you ear. Great sound use them while cycling. Can hear the music and Garmin Radar beeping when cars approach from behind. Keeps me alert while riding on the roads.

Ultra open ear buds

I just want to say it’s about Fing time earbuds are created for practical use! Like running jogging or walking. I don’t have to worry about wax buildup or losing my ear buds anymore. I never bothered buying ear pods because I can’t fit any in my ears. These Bose earbuds are supreme with nothing else that can beat its craftsmanship and precision for all day wear!! Ultra open ear buds are AMAZING!!

Disappointed

Definitely not up to Bose standards. It’s a good concept but poorly done. These need to be adjustable. They don’t fit my ear well and the sound doesn’t get into my ear. The plus is they stay in place. The con is the sound quality and volume are not good. Wore them on a plane yesterday and could not hear music at all over plane noise. Cannot recommend them.

Purchased these a month ago. Couldn’t wait to use them at my gym, the day they were delivered. Absolutely LOVE them! Once again…Bose has delivered excellent sound quality! You forget you are actually wearing them. The design is amazing. I have really small ear openings, so all earbuds hurt after a while. I replaced my Beats with these, and I will never go back. I wanted something I could wear outside and still be able to hear my surrounding, but also enjoy good sound quality. Bose you are the BEST!
