Purchased a month ago seeking a replacement to my air buds, Sound is amazing as is the comfort, I am disappointed in the inability to connect to multiple devices. I will continue to assess but not sure if these are right for an apple user. Comparing apple and oranges. So disappointed as I really wanted them to work out for me as the comfort and design amazing
Purchased these a few weeks ago and sound is good. Compfortable to wear. There is a delay when answering the phone and using google maps, sometimes they don't connect to incoming calls at all. They are good for litening to music but if you are looking for all-in-one music and hands free talking on phone, they are not so good. I regret buying these aalthough I have other BOSE products that I love.

Hello,
Thanks for leaving your initial thoughts on the Ultra Open Earbuds. It's fantastic to hear you were impressed by the comfortability and sound quality of the buds. Delay shouldn't be noticeable but if you do experience an unexpected level of latency, I'd suggest unpairing the buds from your device, then establish a new connection as this should help with any connection problems.

It's so light that you don't notice it at all even when you're wearing it. The sound quality is as expected from Bose. All I can say is that they are amazing, even though they are truly open-ear earphones. I used to use various open-ear earphones because insert-type earphones caused infections inside my ears, but I finally found some good earphones. I can't let go of this anymore.
It does not fall out of my ear. That is a miracle on its own. I have small ears and have had issues with finding a good earphone that fits well. Finally found one.
I just had it for a couple of week, it perfectly awesome until yesterday that when somebody is calling, I can't hear the other end. But when I'm going thru YouTube no problem. It is not connecting the headset on the calling or receiving call.

Hi Ema,
It's great that you are enjoying the earbuds while watching Youtube. It is surprising that you aren't getting call audio through your earbuds.
I'd recommend checking your phones settings to make sure calls are set to go through Bluetooth headsets. If the phone isn't set to use Bluetooth headsets for calls, then call audio will be routed to the speaker of the phone.

Loses connection to Galaxy s22 ultra once in a while maybe 1-3 times a week. Sound is great, good nattery life, and very comfortable and convenient in a environment where people are constantly approaching you to talk. A bit expensive though, the plastic and silicon makes it feel a bit cheap, also low waterproof rating feels bad.
