Great for hot run days!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am training for a marathon in November and I have ear piercings including conch and purchased the headphones , those are great but on hot days I needed something light and where I could hear around me safely. I wear just one and I love it!

Truly open air.

Not what I really expected. Good quality, I just work in a noisy environment and the sound isn’t loud enough. I know, open air, it’s just a bit too much open air for me. I tried the quiet comforts first, and the phone calls were terrible. There is an open forum on the Bose platform about those. I returned them and, will be returning the open airs as well. I owned the Bose sports before and thought they were superior to these two. Sorry guys, trying the Sony XM5s next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the open Earbuds three months ago and I loved them, the sound was awesome, fit superb. I could run and enjoy the sound, yet be aware of my surroundings because I run in the streets in our park. Awareness and music are important to me. Unfortunately my earbuds disappeared and I recently purchased refurbished QuietComfort Earbuds II not the same.

Simple to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these for a month now. The problem is with my ears not the unit. The ear buds don't fit deep inside my ears for the sound to be as loud or good as it should be. At 100% volume, the units are just loud enough to hear vs in-ear-canal earbud like airpod pro I'd run at around 35%-40% volume. When you push them in everything gets better and the volume increases dramatically. Like I said, this is a problem with the shape of my ears not the units. Yes, I have tried many positions. The units are comfortable and just loud enough to be useful walking on the treadmill at the gym. The strange thing is that they get louder when I connect them to a pc. Product improvement idea...give an option to make them go a few millimeters deeper in the ears.

Just what I wanted and needed

Quality bass, excellent stereo separation, extremely comfortable (I dislike putting things in my ear), plus I can wear them on a walk through neighborhood and not worry about being caught unaware by traffic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best new products I've seen in a while. I purchased these as an alternate to my Bose Frames. The sound quality is excellent, battery life is quite good, and the product is intuitive and easy to use. Also, very comfortable. I use these for cycling, and they are stable at high speeds and/or windy conditions. These are my favorite Bose product. Perfect in every regard.
