I’m not a fan of them at all, I own just about all Bose head sets and others products of Bose, I’m a long time customer. These ear plug have excellent sound however, it’s difficult to wear in my left ear, it’s discomforting in my left ear, it’s very discomforting, I gave them to my daughter who’s paying me installments! lol!

Hello,
I am sorry to hear that you are not fully happy with your Bose Ultra Open Earbuds because of their fit and comfort. I would suggest checking this article to make sure you are wearing them the right way, as they should be very comfortable to wear for long period of time: https://bose.life/4efpjYn

I bought this a month ago and am entirely unhappy with the sound quality, specifically with phone calls. The sound quality is good for music etc, but with phone calls it’s basically unusable..bad and distant sound and an intolerable echo. I spent a lot of time with Bose support without resolution..they offered a replacement set and were very clear, if the replacement set was unsatisfactory it would be unreplaceable and non refundable…all the wrong answers.

Overall best money spent on headphones in awhile. They’re fairly comfortable for 4-5 hours but for me but might not be the case for everyone. Takes getting used to, have had them two weeks or so and I use them often. Haven’t used them out on errands or any of that, I’ve knocked one off mistakenly and can think of countless scenarios where that would be a drag. The on ear control is a trip because you look like you’re giving baseball signs (my wife cracks on me about how they look). She also tells me to quiet down and, along with knocking one off, it speaks to how easily you can forget that you have them on. The immersive audio is a blast. When you look at a pair of speakers you’d swear that they are the source. Best kind of weird. Really enjoy them. For the money, a case cover would be a nice touch. There can be an irritating crackle and stereo R-L issue when they first connect, but it’s brief. Other than that I flip my flops and enjoy the sound followin me around like a ghost
I've been using the Ultra Open Earbuds for about 5 months now. These are game changers. All my previous earbuds are now obsolete and unused. The sound quality is amazing, even at super low volumes in a quiet place the music is full, rich and detailed. Somehow things sound as if they're happening in your surroundings rather than in your ears. But at the same time, familiar music will sound just like you remember it, only better and with with more detail. I also love how clean the buds remain, even after hours of continual use, just wipe with a dry tissue and they're fine. The battery life is excellent and if they do get low on power they charge very quickly in the case. The fit is both very secure and very comfortable, which is an engineering acheivement. These are also great for your personal safety and the safety of your ears, since you can hear what's going on around you and if you're wearing them properly, I don't think they could go loud enough to damage your hearing. The only people these wouldn't be good for are those who like to listen to their music at extremely loud volumes or those who need noise isolation. Yes these are expensive but I use them for hours every day so for me they are well worth the cost. The fit does take some getting used to if you're accustomed to putting buds in your ear canal. These just clip on the outer portion of your ear like jewlery. Also be aware that when you first put them on - they will sound louder if you push them down towards your ear canal. But don't be misled by that - down at your ear canal is not where they're meant to be. Accept the lower volume from where they want to sit naturally and simply turn up the volume if you need to. You'll soon realize how great they sound from higher up where they're designed to be.
I love mine as far as listening to music and podcasts and other things. As others stated, bass response is better than most earbuds but doesn't "thump" like a quality set of in-ear buds or over ear cans can. That said, I really enjoy the experience. It truly is like putting a soundtrack to your life. What I don't understand or love is that they are not compatible with FIND MY app and don't seem to have any way of tracking them. I literally bought these about two weeks ago, and lost them for about a week. I was going nuts and accusing people (in my head) of stealing them. The box said MADE FOR IPHONE which made me think they would be tracked with the FIND MY app. They are not. If you get these, be SUPER careful about where you leave them because you can't track them.
If, by chance, I'm wrong about the tracking, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I'd love to be wrong about this!!!!
I don’t even know how long ago I bought them. they are amazing in every way I don’t use them for calls. Just for music and movies perfect. My wife has beats earbuds and she was jealous and wanted them.
