Horrible call quality and one of the pins in the charging case is stuck, so very flimsy charging now.

I have had my ear buds for a month and love them.
I forget I have them on and the sound is the expected BOSE stereo. These are not noise cancelling like my others, but I still get the concentrated work environment needed while being aware, but not overwhelmed by the sounds around me.

I received these earbuds as a gift, and I wasn’t sure whether I would like them or not, especially after being a lifelong AirPods owner. I’m not sure why I was skeptical seeing as Bose has such a stellar reputation. I regret not buying these for myself a long time ago!
These are, without doubt, the best quality earbuds on the market. I love them so much that I immediately ordered them for my husband because I felt too selfish experiencing such a great product when he was still using AirPods.
I love the innovative design and the comfort. They clip right on my ears, and I am not worried about them falling off at all. I am still in awe of the sound quality and how no one around you can hear anything.

Lifelike sound that blends w/ the world around you

Incredible sound. I walk around downtown with them in immersive mode, and it seems like the entire city street is filled with music, even though it's just a few grams of gear hanging off each ear lobe. Sound quality is exceptional. They last all morning, at least 6 hours for me. I'd love for them to last longer, but with present battery technology, I'm sure that would double or more their weight. As is, you can completely forget that you are wearing them.

Decent open earbuds, some quirks to account for

Great product, a little soft on the sound but expected because it is an open earbud. I think my Quite Comfort 2 sounds better, but hey, this works because it does not fall off my ears when moving around or exercising.
Minor thing to point out, for those with large ear lobs, the hook is not long enough to completely grasp it. It's still secured, but not as comfortable.

Does have some quirk on connecting to my phone sometimes - sometimes it doesn't connect, sometimes it loses connection. I turned off the voice prompt to see if it helps with that. Let's see. Turning off voice prompt does help with Quiet Comfort 2 earbuds for me. Wish Bose has fixed that already.

Ive had these a couple weeks, Very very pleased. I love the safety features the ear plugs offer and nice not to have something in my ear canal.

Less than a month old and I am not very impressed with the sound quality. It is not loud enough even if the volume is turned up. I am a car audio enthusiast and I know what good sound is. I wish they could make a software update to allow us to crank up the volume a bit more, as we can always turn it down when its too loud. Also it skips a beat once in a while which is very annoying.
