They disconnect for no reason. My right one was not playing or connecting for 2.5 months then all of a sudden it just started working again. This isn’t the first time it has done this though it is the first time it has done it for this amount of time. The plus is the style. They are comfortable
The ear buds are great when working properly. At times I loose the connection while talking and sometimes cannot connect to iPhone. Otherwise the sounds are great and when on your ears you have to keep checking if they are still there. They are so light you don’t feel them. LOVE IT!!!
I bought these to use for work. I am on the phone most of the day. Many of my customers have complained that they can’t hear me well or that I sound like I am in a box. For music they are fine. The multipoint connection switches from my pc to my phone when I get a text or notification on my phone - not ideal.
I have had Bose headphones for many years, so I had high expectations. These earbuds did not disappoint. They are super comfortable, and sometimes, I forget I'm wearing them.
I love them, I enjoy using them to listen to music. However, everyone I take a call from says they can’t hear me. It’s to the point they tell me call them back when I stop using the them. 🥴
I’ve had these for a few months. I like that they’re different, sound good when they work, comfortable but they’re always losing connection. Fully charged, sometimes 5 minutes into my w/o and either the left quits working or they both quit. They’re still connected to bluetooth on my phone but no volume. Volume is turned up too. I’ve reset these once already and have had to remove and reinstall a handful of times.
