Fantastic sound but terrible on phone calls

Listening to music is fantastic, and they stay in my ears very well. But being on the other end of phone calls is a dealbreaker. My wife and I both have these, and if one of us calls while wearing these earbuds they sound like crap, especially if there’s any ambient noise at all. These are our second pair because the first ones were so bad, and these get three stars instead of two.

Great for the Golf Course

I use these on the golf course. Perfect for this activity! I can actually hold a conversation while listening to my music. Unlike other golfers blaring their music all over the course imposing a cacophony of genres on fellow golfers my music is mine alone. Also, they remain in place even during my more “aggressive” swings. Thanks Bose!

I bought this few months ago and It's really good how open earbuds can have a good sound quality. It could improve in auto volume. It's sound be more dynamic and it will be great if Bose use Active EQ in this product

I have had them for 2 months ….mixed reviews compared to other open ear buds I rate a 3.5 out of 5……but overall a 2.5 out of 5 due to the sound is not the best quality of other open ear buds the connection is not the best at times …the fit is the most comfortable ever but so much that if 1 bud falls out you will not no it so I get feeling to see if they are still in place….much improvement is needed to have the bose name and to asked for that price ….not worth the price at all

A wonderful set of buds and so comfortable. If no music is playing I often forget that I’m wearing them. The immersion feature really brings the music to life.
