Expected better

I love the design, they’re very comfortable to wear all day. The problem is is you can’t wear them all day I get maybe three hours of battery life and then I have to charge them for an hour. I lose connection easily between devices and at times, they just simply won’t connect at all For the purchase amount I’m extremely disappointed

We are glad to hear you find the Ultra earbuds Comfortable to wear all day!
In stereo mode, the earbud batteries will provide up to 7 hours of playtime or 48 hours of standby time (no audio playing). For all-day wear that involves a mix of audio listening and standby, the battery life will vary depending on the proportion of each. For example, 5 hours of audio would leave 10 hours of standby life remaining. And if the battery does run out, a quick 10-minute charge in the case will add up to 2 hours of playtime.
Electronics, such as cell phones, tablets, or computers, might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues such as Bluetooth connection. This is typically done by turning the device off, and then powering it on again.

These are my favorite headphones. I love this form factor. You don’t want to use them in noisy conditions, but they’re great for walks or jogs, and every day wearing around the house. Super comfortable! Sometimes get they’re on your head.

Great concept

I love Bose products. I loved the concept but it did not work for phone calls. The volume was too low. I have done hearing issues but even with a person with no hearing issues the volume is too low.
