Crisp clear sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Bose Ultra Open Earbuds 2 weeks ago and I am super impressed with the crisp clear sound. They do take some time to get used to since it seems as if they you have nothing on your ear. I enjoy jogging and I have not had any issues with my earbuds moving or falling off. Highly recommend them. No more ear soreness (if that’s a thing) after removing my music from my ears.

Amazing sound, godawful service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few months ago. Sound bud great but had trouble charging. I tried to initiate a return and shared a photo clearly showing a defective connection. Person tried to tell me nothing was wrong!! Had to convince them the prong was deficient. Now have to wait over a month for my replacement ear buds!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are awesome! Light weight, easily clip on your ear lobes, hardly know their there. Sound is good! Got a great deal on them as well. Only thing I did notice was some crackling sound and I'm not sure what that was. I will keep using them to see if that continues.

Great Sound Quality, Great Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have issues with both sleeping and wearing earbuds or headphones. I bought these because of Bose’s history of making quality devices and because of the Ultra Open earbud design. I LOVE them! When I wear them at night, I alternate ears, wearing one all night long. I can’t even feel them! The sound just seems to magically come from nowhere. They are helping make it easier for me to sleep better.

Stunning Sound

The newest model is the absolute best and I assumed they could not improve from the last model of open earbuds, I bought three years ago. Surprise! They outdid themselves! The sound is stunning!
