Like nothing I have ever used before

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these for about a month. I love how they feel on my ears. Like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. The sound is so clear, and I didn’t expect it to be at all. They have never fell off, and I run and bike. I’m very impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the comfort of the Bose over the ear headphone buds and the color black is sleek I do not like the audio I do know with over ear buds the audio quality is limited but I can’t even return or exchange for the Uber ear buds now and idk I wish I had another option to try

I am happy to hear that you love the design and comfort of these earbuds, but sorry that you are not fully satisfied of the audio quality. By design, the open earbuds don’t block out the world or have noise cancelling, which make the experience a lot different in comparison with traditional earbuds. They do have an automatic volume control feature, accessible in the Bose app, that helps you hear your music evenly as your environment changes from quiet to loud and back. But in very noisy environments where noise cancelling is helpful, traditional earbuds such as the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds could a better choice if you prefer to not hear your surroundings as well as your music.

Did not meet expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all sometimes it is hard to hear when making phone calls, it has also been cutting off randomly. When there is noise around the music can become cloudy. Being a new product they need to make updates on the issues to make this a great earbud.. I returned these earbuds.
