Poor quality microphone

The microphone does not work well. People have trouble hearing me. I had to go back to my old earbuds.

So comfortable

Earbuds that keep you engaged everywhere!

The easy pause and start makes transitions from my earbuds to conversation. Honestly the I tell everyone about these.

I bought this product about a month ago and overall it's been great. Being a lifelong Apple earbud user it took me a while to get used to the fit and feel of the Bose. Other than that I've been thrilled with the purchase; the sound is so much better than my previous earbuds!

Great sound and awareness at the same time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these new earbuds. They are so comfortable that I forget I even have them on. I always use these when I am at work so I can still hear and interact with my colleagues. I also have bose noise canceling earbuds and headphones that I use at other times. I used to use them at work until I got these, now I mainly use the others at home. The open earbuds are also great when walking or doing activities outdoors so that you can be aware of what is happening in your surroundings.
