Not good with apple phones, will not stay connected and sound quality is terrible for a Bose product.

battery is not too good

After 2 weeks of using it every day, I feel very comfortable, the sound is good but the battery sucks, the left and the right earbuds' battery capacities are different about 40 minutes different in immersive conditions, and the right earbud is less than it says over 4 hours. I might return it.

Most comfortable earphones for sensitive ears.

Finally found a pair of earbuds that stay on my ears and are comfortable. Previously I owned Beats and Apple
Pods and had discomfort after prolonged use. I find that the Bose ultra open earbuds provide great sound, great quality and stylish comfortable design.

The reason I bought these earbuds was to go on long walks in the busy city and these worked amazingly I can hear all my surroundings and my music at the same time this is a game changer and the sound quality is great for something that’s not too close to your ear

I love these earbuds. They basically sound like much larger headphones vs something like Airpods, etc. These are basically perfect. The fit is comfortable and they don't fall out when running.
The best part is the audio is not "fatiguing" if that makes sense. It's like sitting in a living room with speakers in front of you. I really enjoy listening without the discomfort of having things in your ear canals.
Only thing I want is even more colors / design options. Even Coloware isn't that great. The newer blue is a start but there could be much snazzier options. I would buy a second set for sure. I immediately gave my Airpod Pros away.

Finally! No Ear Fatigue!

I watched a few You Tube videos and I was impressed with the unique design. I experienced some annoying ear fatigue with my Google earbuds and I thought I'd try the Bose Earbuds are supposed to eliminate this problem. Boy did they succeed! These are buy far the best earbuds I've ever owned! The sound quality is amazing and they stay very secure on the ear. These buds are worth every single penny!
