I am loving these buds. I can get in workouts that last more than an hour without having to worry about the power running out, and the sound is great. I do sweat a lot, so an intense workout will result in some glitch with the sound if the buds encounter moisture in my ears. Otherwise, great sound with great staying power.

I bought these open ear headphones to try and they fit great and very comfortable. Sound is really nice for tv and movies .. They are pretty good for music at home not a noisy place environment like work..There down fall is app control and drop out a lot.. battery power should be longer in my opinion, but for the size no to bad. Case helps with recharge.. The color is fantastic.. Bose are my favorite brand .. Still learning with these so time will tell ..

Me llegaron hace dos semanas y realmente son buenos aunque en algunas ovaciones no se escucha muy bien las llamadas, la calificación le doy 2 estrellas porque compré los audífonos con el case de silicona y nunca me llegó me comunique con servicio al cliente y quedaron de enviarlo y ya han pasado dos casi tres semanas y aún no me llegan lo que se traduce en un deteriore del estuche de los audífonos

I purchased it to be given as a gift to my husband but he found it uncomfortable to wear therefore I will be returning it for a full refund. Sorry.

Absolutely the Best!

I have been brand loyal to Bose for decades and own numerous products. I use a headset daily for phone work and listening to music. These are the absolute best of the earbuds I have ever owned. Don't second guess this decision to purchase. They are wonderful. My only comment is that they are so comfortable that I forget I am wearing them.

Great concept but lacks in practical features

Very disappointed wireless charging is not the standard. It is nice to have an ear bud that does not hurt the inside of my ear. Sound is what you would expect from Bose.

Great design, but no good in loud areas.

I got these about 20 days ago, Earbuds dont stay in my ears ever and I was excited about these. They stay in better, but they always feel like they are going to fall out. Perhaps its my ear shape, They work well with my phone (iphone). I live in NYC and take the trains every day. on a train, I cannot hear what is playing on my phone even when the volume is turned up. The subway and even the streets of NYC can be to loud for these. By design they allow ambient noise in, they are not noise cancelling and do not insert into your ear canal. I knew this going in and was hopeful. But most of all of what I am listening to is drowned out by ambient noise. I think they are a great design, they just dont work for me. I have a pair of QC35s that are great, I was looking for something smaller.

As you have mentioned, these earbuds don't have noise cancellation, so in busy environment where the ambient noise can be sometimes overwhelming, noise cancellation can be more useful. These earbuds have a feature that will allow the sound to automatically increase or decrease depending on the environment you are in. However, in loud area, this might not make a big difference.
