I love the additional awareness of my surroundings that the open earbuds offer. However, I've already had to return them twice. Bose has been great in the process, but I'm hoping this pair doesn't have the quality problems the previous two did.

Good but could be better

Beautiful color and it is amazing from the standpoint of allowing me to stay in tune with my environment. My only issue is when I take calls. The person on the other end never hears me and I always have to take the headphones off. It is very annoying when I out and about. I hope Bose goes and fixes this especially after paying so much

Very comfortable earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these open ear buds about 2 weeks and have been very satisfied with them. Very comfortable on my ears. Wearing them over 8 hours at work and have not experienced any discomfort. Sound is as expected from Bose, well balanced and have no issues. Sound quality during phone calls has been trouble free. I have not had any connectivity issues so far. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.
