I thought it would be nice to have an open air headset. It fit nicely however i had to many drop connections on both my iphone and ipad that it made it totally unusable. No matter what i tried deleting it from the app and Bluetooth or even resetting the buds did nothing. I might get lucky once ot maybe twice but totally not what i was expecting. I manage to get it returned and hopefully the next one will be better. I will update my stars if that works out with the newer ones.

Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear about the connection issue you have experienced with the Bose Ultra Open earbuds. Electronics, such as cell phones, tablets or computers, might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. This is typically done by turning the device off, then powering it on again. If the Bluetooth connection between your system and a connected device (e.g. laptop, smartphone, or Bose app) is intermittent or is lost unexpectedly, try the following: https://www.bose.co.uk/en_gb/support/articles/HC799/productCodes/ULT-HEADPHONEOPN/article.html

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ultra open earbuds fit nice but, the sound is nothing if you’re comparing it to the Bose quiet comfort earbuds because that’s the one I have and there’s nothing like that sound. That’s why I returned it.

We appreciate your feedback! The Ultra Open Earbuds use an open-ear design, which naturally provides a different sound experience compared to in-ear models like the QuietComfort Earbuds that seal the ear canal. This design prioritizes awareness and comfort over deep noise isolation. We’re sorry they weren’t the right fit for you, but we appreciate you giving them a try!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these as a birthday gift, they're perfect for when I'm at work, I can stream music and podcasts all well still being able to hear my phone and my coworker's, the sound is impeccable, nothing like conventional AirPods, I love them.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a dancer and when it comes to competitions, you don't always get to play your music because there are 100 other people practicing at the same time. These are the only headphones I've been able to use that haven't flown off of my head while turning and dancing full out.
I finally broke down and put these on a payment plan. They are great for sitting at a desk in an office and listening to music However they suck at phone calls. No one can here me and they say I go in and out and this is whether I'm sitting in a quiet room or driving home with the windows closed. No one can hear me. Somehow the right ear gets uncomfortable. The left is great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love them. I have tried everything imaginable and these are my all time favorite. Really cancels out other noise.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best headphones that never hurt my ear I can wear them all day at work and I am mechanic they never fall off they stay in places and I can hear the music even with the loud noise a round me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these over the summer to replace Sony WF-1000xm4s that I had lost, chose these as the open design for my lifestyle better than the noise canceling, haven’t regret it once. If you’re looking for pure audio quality these aren’t the move, but if you’re someone like me who loves listening to music doing just about anything, these make it super convenient to listen without having to pause or ask ‘what?’ A million times. Also, sound quality is still incredible on these, but as open-ear headphones of course you simple wont get the fill benefits of a closed sound stage.
